The following pages list the standard measures, and computed performance ratios, that APQC captures for finance and accounting functions and processes for its benchmark database. This overview shows more than 240 finance and accounting measures. These measures coordinate with Category 8.0 Manage Financial Resources in APQC’s Process Classification Framework(PCF), the open standard framework for process analysis.
In addition to finance and accounting, APQC collects measures and benchmarks in human resources, supply chain, information technology, facilities management, knowledge management, and many other categories and processes in the PCF.
Organizations completing surveys received detailed reports on their performance against these measures and benchmarks, which can be used to set improvement targets and service level agreements.
