　　2002年3月9日至3月15日，中国工程院院士、上海质量管理科学研究院首席研究员、院学术委员会主任刘源张教授来上海质量管理科学研究院工作了一个星期。3月15日，刘教授来到6SIGMA黑带培训班上，深入浅出地谈了自己对6SIGMA管理方法的看法。现印发有关内容。
