第三章、工位准备程序状态单 Workstation Readiness Process Status Sheet
状态单包含了成功准备各工位的所有要素
The status sheet contains items which are essential for
 the successful preparation of each workstation

     绿点表示状态单上各项内容均已完成,无需进一步的行动或跟踪
 Green dots (      )are displayed against all items on the status sheet that have been successfully completed for that workstation and no further action or follow-up is required.
    
 红点表示状态单上有未完成项.在问题解决前仍需执行纠正行动和 定期跟踪。
 Red dots (       ) are displayed against all incomplete items on the status sheet.  Correction action and regular follow-up are required until issue is resolved.

工位准备程序 明细检查单 Workstation Readiness Process Detailed Checklist
明细检查单由一系列是/否问题组成.问题按工位准备状态单各项分类。
The Detailed Checklist  is a series of YES/NO
questions.   Questions are grouped together by items
on the Workstation Readiness Status sheet. 

工段长和班组长使用检查单在正式的班组审核前完成下 列任务:

Leader to accomplish the following prior to the formal
Team Review:

      确定状态单各项是否存在未解决问题
  Determine whether or not open issues exist for     items on the Status sheet

      用统一方式对工位准备进行评估
   Assess readiness using a uniform approach
